Shipping and delivery

HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS? HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

Spain (peninsula)

  • Shipping costs are 5 €. For orders of or superior to 60€ shipping costs are free.
  • We will deliver your purchase in 3 days after receiving your order confirmation (48h to produce the product and 24h of shipping). The delivery will be before 20:00h.

Spain (Balearic Islands)

  • Shipping costs are 12 €. For orders of or superior to 60€ shipping costs are free.
  • We will deliver your purchase within 4-5 days after receiving your order confirmation (48h to produce the product and 48-72h of shipping).

Rest of Europe

  • Shipping costs are 27.00€. The process of delivery will vary depending on the country where the package has to be delivered. You can check with us at the following email hola@picpiclab.com.

DO YOU DELIVER TO THE CANARY ISLANDS?

We are sorry but at the moment we don’t deliver in the Canary Islands.

CAN I TRACK MY PURCHASE?

Of course! We will send you an email once we have received the order to confirm that everything has been received correctly. Once we proceed to shipping, the transport agency will send you a message with the tracking number. With this tracking number you’ll be able to follow the updates of your package and know when your package will be delivered. If you didn’t receive this message with the tracking number please get in contact with us and we will provided it.

I HAVE MADE AN ORDER BUT I HAVEN’T RECIEVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Check your spam folder, sometimes they end up there. If it’s not in the spam folder send us an email to check that the order was completed correctly.

CAN I ADD A GIFT NOTE?

Of course! We love gifts! Send us an email to pedidos@picpiclab.com and tell us what you want written on the note.

Exchanges and returns

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Personalized products can’t be returned nor exchanged. Exchanges will only be accepted if the product has a factory defect. Within 5 days from receiving the product you have to get in contact with us and explain the problem of the product though email hola@picpiclab.com We will return or replace the product. In this case there will be no shipping costs.
